How Pantry Boxes Work
How a Pantry Box week goes
We bake and pack your box the morning we deliver it. Here is what to expect from sign-up to the first knock at your door.
Pick a box
Three sizes: Starter ($59), Standard ($89), Family ($139). Pick one. You can switch at any time from your account — no fees, no “are you sure” pop-ups.
Pick a delivery day
Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday. We deliver between 7 AM and noon, Inside Beltway 8 only. Same driver each week when we can swing it.
What happens behind the scenes
- Monday: We pull the list of every box going out Tuesday through Saturday and start prep at the commissary.
- Tuesday 2 PM: Cutoff for editing your next box. After 2 PM we lock the list and start packing.
- Tue / Thu / Sat morning: Box gets packed fresh — last item in before 6 AM — and goes on the truck.
After it arrives
Refrigerate the prepared stuff: sandwiches, salads, breakfast tacos. 5–7 day shelf life. Pastries hold 3–4 days at room temp or freeze up to a month. Coffee 30+ days. Juice 90 days.
We don’t pack ice unless we’re running a long route — most deliveries are done by 10 AM.
Skip, swap, or cancel
Everything happens in your account portal:
- Skip a week — one click, anytime before Tuesday 2 PM.
- Swap items — Standard and Family subscribers can swap individual items each week.
- Change box size — any time, no fee. Takes effect on your next delivery.
- Cancel — one click. No email loops, no save-the-sale dance. We made it easy on purpose. If you come back later, we’ll be here.
