Ordering & Account Setup
How do I become a wholesale customer?
Apply on our Wholesale Registration page. Once approved, you get wholesale pricing and the full catalog. Most accounts are approved and delivering within fourteen days.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
$100 for free delivery; $35 minimum for commissary pickup. The Breakfast Taco Program has its own simple minimum: 15 tacos a day, delivered free.
How do I place an order?
Through the online portal, by phone at (713) 614-8882, or by email. Repeat buyers can use the Quick Order form to reload their usual in seconds — it's searchable and carries our entire catalog.

What does Adair Pantry offer?
Fresh grab-and-go meals, breakfast tacos, pastries and baked goods, cold-pressed juices, and coffee & tea roasted in-house — all prepared fresh in our Houston commissary.
What is the Breakfast Taco Program?
Fresh tacos delivered to your counter every morning before open — $2.25/taco, delivery included, 15-taco daily minimum, seven varieties including bacon. Full program details →
Do you offer white-label or private-label products?

Can you customize menu items for my business?
Yes — we develop custom menus with wholesale partners, including seasonal specials and exclusive items.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Throughout Greater Houston, on daily routes from our commissary at 4080 Bissonnet St. Contact us to confirm your location.
What is the delivery schedule?
Flexible — daily through weekly tiers depending on your needs. Taco program deliveries arrive in a scheduled 15-minute window between 6:00–8:00am.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Sometimes, depending on order size and timing — call us for rush options.
Pricing & Payment
How is wholesale pricing structured?
Based on volume, product mix, and delivery frequency — with taco program pricing published openly at $2.25/taco. Apply for an account for full pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH transfers, and invoicing for established accounts. Net 30 invoice is the default for approved wholesale accounts.

How do I pick the right tier?

What if my business closes for a week?
Skip or pause anytime before 2 PM the day before delivery. No fees, no questions.
Can I get an account outside Houston?
We currently deliver in Greater Houston. Email scott@adairconcepts.com if you'd like us to consider your area.

4080 Bissonnet St, Houston — part of the Adair Concepts family of restaurants (Los Tios, Skeeter's, Buffalo Grille, Betsy's, Adair Kitchen).
