Ordering & Account Setup

How do I become a wholesale customer?
Visit our Wholesale Registration page to apply for an account. Once approved, you’ll have access to wholesale pricing and our full product catalog.

Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes, minimum order requirements vary by product category and delivery zone. Our team will provide specific details when your wholesale account is set up.

How do I place an order?
Approved wholesale customers can order through our online portal, by phone at (713) 614-8882, or by email. We also offer a Quick Order Form for repeat orders.

Products & Services

What types of products does Adair Pantry offer?
We offer a wide range of fresh, high-quality items including grab-and-go meals, pastries and baked goods, cold-pressed juices, coffee and tea, and brewed coffee in bulk. All items are prepared fresh in our Houston commissary.

Do you offer white-label or private-label products?
Yes! We offer comprehensive White-Label Services where we produce food and beverages under your brand. This includes custom packaging, recipe development, and consistent quality at scale.

Do you offer co-packing services?
Absolutely. Our Co-Packing Services allow you to leverage our licensed commercial kitchen and production team to scale your existing recipes. We handle production, packaging, and quality control.

Can you customize menu items for my business?
Yes, we work closely with our wholesale partners to develop custom menus tailored to their needs, including seasonal specials and exclusive items.

What is your delivery schedule?
We offer flexible delivery schedules including daily and weekly options depending on your needs and location. Our team will work with you to establish a reliable delivery routine.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery may be available depending on order size and timing. Please contact us to discuss rush order options.

Pricing & Payment

How is wholesale pricing structured?
Wholesale pricing is based on volume, product mix, and delivery frequency. Apply for a wholesale account to receive detailed pricing information.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and can set up invoicing for established wholesale accounts.

Where is Adair Pantry located?
Our commissary kitchen is located in Houston, Texas. We are part of the Adair Concepts family of food and hospitality brands.

Is your kitchen licensed and inspected?
Yes, our facility is a fully licensed commercial kitchen that meets all local and state health department requirements.

Wholesale Subscriptions

How do I pick the right subscription tier?
Start with our recommended tier based on your weekly volume — most partners begin with Weekly or 3x. You can change tiers anytime from your account portal. See our full tier comparison here.

What if my business is closed for a week?
Skip or pause anytime from your account portal before 2 PM the day before delivery. No fees, no questions.

Do you offer net terms?
Yes. Net 30 invoice is the default for approved wholesale accounts. ACH-on-file and credit card auto-charge are also available.

Can I get an account if I’m outside Houston?
Right now we deliver throughout the Greater Houston area. Email us at scott@adairconcepts.com if you’re outside the area and want us to consider expanding.

Pantry Boxes (Home Delivery)

What is a Pantry Box?
A weekly box of our restaurant-quality food delivered to your door inside Beltway 8. Three sizes: Starter ($59), Standard ($89), Family ($139).

How do I sign up?
Pick a box on our Pantry Boxes page and choose Tue, Thu, or Sat for delivery.

Can I skip or cancel?
Yes. Both. From your account, anytime before Tuesday 2pm cutoff. No fees.

Can I customize what is in my box?
Standard and Family subscribers can swap individual items each week in their account. Starter is a curated weekly box.

Do you deliver outside Beltway 8?
Not yet. Email us at scott@adairconcepts.com if you want us to add your area.
