How Wholesale Subscriptions Work

The first delivery on a subscription looks the same as your old standing order. The difference is what doesn’t happen: you don’t text us at 6 AM. You don’t wonder whether we got the order in time. We already have it.

Apply for an account

If you don’t already have a wholesale account with us, fill out the wholesale signup form. We review and approve in under a day. If you’re already buying from Adair Pantry as a business, skip this — your existing account works.

Pick a tier

The right tier is the one that matches how often you actually want delivery.

  • Daily — 5 to 7 days a week. Free delivery.
  • 4x — 4 days a week. $15 per stop.
  • 3x — 3 days a week. $20 per stop.
  • 2x — 2 days a week. $25 per stop.
  • Weekly — 1 day a week. $30 per stop.
  • On-Demand — when you call. $35 per stop, $75 minimum.

If you’re not sure, send us your last six months of orders and we’ll tell you which tier prints the smallest invoice for you.

Build a default order

Browse the catalog. Set quantities. This becomes the template for every delivery in your cycle. We’ll email you the day before with the planned delivery and the invoice. You have until 2 PM to change it.

Pick delivery days

Daily picks five-plus days a week. 4x picks any four. 3x any three. We don’t care which days as long as the route works.

After your first delivery

Your unit prices are locked for 6 months. If we raise list prices on our menu, your invoice doesn’t change. After 6 months we re-quote — usually a couple of points up.

You can pause, skip, swap items, or cancel in your account portal. No cancellation fees. If you cancel and come back, you keep your previous tier eligibility.

Special cases

Catering and one-off orders. Placed separately from your subscription, billed at on-demand rates unless we agree otherwise.

Stockouts. If we run short on a SKU, Daily and 4x subscribers get filled first. We notify you what was substituted before the truck leaves.

Holidays. Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve are reduced routes. We email a holiday schedule a week in advance.
