Every bean is roasted in-house by Cleo Roasting Co., our roastery inside the Adair commissary, on a twice-weekly production schedule. That means the coffee hitting your bar was roasted days ago — not sitting in a distributor's warehouse for months. We deliver on our own vans across Greater Houston, invoice approved accounts on net-30 terms, and can put your brand on the bag through our private label program.

- House Blend Tier — $58 per 5lb bag. Pick any proven Adair house roast; we handle label design support and printing coordination.
- Signature Tier — $68 per 5lb bag. A blend developed with you in a guided cupping, exclusive to your business.
- Flagship Tier — $78 per 5lb bag. The full white label program: exclusive blend plus retail-ready bags to sell off your counter.

How ordering works
- Create a wholesale account — approval typically takes one business day, and approved accounts get net-30 terms.
- Order online, by phone at (713) 614-8882, or set a standing order so your coffee is locked onto our roast schedule automatically.
- We roast twice weekly and deliver free on our daily Houston routes — order by the Saturday cutoff for Monday delivery.
Wholesale coffee FAQ
What is the minimum order for wholesale coffee?
You can order single 5lb bags with any wholesale delivery. Standing order plans start at $150/week, and the private label program has a 4-bag monthly minimum.
Do you offer private label or white label coffee?
Yes — three tiers at $58, $68, and $78 per 5lb bag, from branded house blends to a fully custom white label program with retail packaging. Start with the House Blend Tier.
What is your delivery area?
Our vans run daily routes across Greater Houston, and local wholesale delivery is free. Coffee can ride along with our pastries, breakfast tacos, and juice — one delivery, fewer vendors.
Do you roast to order?
Yes. Production runs twice a week (Wednesday and Thursday). Orders placed after 5:00pm Wednesday roast in the next cycle, and standing orders get priority.
Do you have K-Cups?
K-Cup formats are available for select roasts, including our Toasted Cinnamon — ask when you set up your wholesale account and we'll quote your volume.
Can you handle office coffee service?
Yes — the Office Coffee Starter Bundle delivers two 5lb bags a month (about 320 cups) for $125, with free weekly delivery splits and brew guidance for your machine.
